ich danke Euch für die vielen zustimmenden Antworten zu meiner letzten Mail, die mir zeigen, dass unser Projekt den richtigen Fokus hat.
Heute will ich Euch einige nähere Informationen zum Gelände geben. Und ich möchte Euch am Ende eine Frage stellen.

Das weitläufige Terrain, auf dem wir die Community erstellen wollen, ist landwirtschaftliches Gelände und keine 20 Kilometer (23 Minuten) vom Flughafen Alghero entfernt. Es ist auf einem Plateau gelegen, von dem aus man das Meer sehen kann und der nächste Strand ist nur 13 Kilometer entfernt. Und wir können davon ausgehen, dass auf dem Gelände und in der Nachbarschaft keine Herbizide und Pestizide gebraucht werden und wurden.
Auch wenn der genaue Plan von den Mitgliedern noch verabschiedet wird, sind die folgenden Schritte ein wahrscheinliches Szenario:
Erst einmal wollen wir ein Art Bauernhof aufbauen. Dazu gehören ein oder mehrere Teiche, die Gebäude für die Mitglieder der Community und Stallungen für Tiere. Dazu Segeldächer für das Forum des Begegnungszentrums.
Wir denken daran, neben ökologisch angebautem Gemüse, auch Salate und Obstarten für den Eigenbedarf (Permakultur), Oliven und Hanf sowie Bambus zu produzieren. Das wird noch genau zu untersuchen sein. Auch ein paar Hühner und Esel sollen dabei sein.
In unserem “Conscious Healing Center“ (Zentrum für bewusste Heilung) wird auch die Bewusstseinsbildung einen großen Raum einnehmen, um möglichst alle Potentiale der Mitglieder für die Gemeinschaft nutzen zu können. Daher werden wir ganz aktiv an unserem Gemeinschaftsgefühl arbeiten. Wir werden Seminare und Workshops anbieten, die auch dem Einzelnen die Möglichkeit zu Wachstum geben werden.
Später wollen wir dann auch Unterkünfte für unsere Gäste und das Forum mit Restaurant und Küche bauen. Das Ressort soll schließlich ein internationales Begegnungszentrum werden.
In einem weiteren Schritt werden dann die Bereiche erstellt, die für die körperliche Heilung von Menschen gebraucht werden. Diese werden mit ihren Therapeuten das Zentrum besuchen und benutzen können, um mit ökologisch angebautem Essen und in der umgebenden Natur Heilung finden zu können.

Die Mittel für den Kauf der 15 Hektar Land stehen schon bereit. Nach dem Kauf des Geländes werden wir es für seine Verwendung herrichten und Plantagen aufbauen. Dieses Land wird dann der Gemeinschaft gehören. Dafür werden wir auch versuchen, Mittel der EU abzurufen. Unsere erste Aufgabe ist es jetzt, uns über die möglichen Investitionen und Investoren klar zu werden. Für die erste Ausbaustufe werden wir- nach ungefährer Schätzung - weitere 100.000 Euro sein.
Was wollen wir jetzt?
Mit dieser Mail möchte ich jetzt herauszufinden, wer sich von einem solchen Angebot derart angesprochen fühlt, dass er sich beteiligen will. Diese Interessenten sollen Zusatzinformationen bekommen. Denn das Projekt ist so aufgebaut, dass wir mit Gewinn rechnen können und wollen. Und so können Investoren an dieser guten Sache auch profitieren.
Jeder„Freund des CHC“ kann sich mit mindestens 2.000 Euro beteiligen und so ein Partner der Gemeinschaft werden. Eine Einlage kann bis zu 50.000 Euro ausmachen. First come, first serve. Wer also jetzt antwortet, kann schon mit einigen Vorteilen rechnen.

Today I want to give you some more information about the site. So please read to the end! And I would like to ask you a question at the end.
The vast terrain where we want to create the community is agricultural land and less than 20 kilometers (23 minutes) from Alghero airport. It is located on a plateau from which you can see the sea and the nearest beach is only 13 kilometers away. And we can assume that no herbicides and pesticides are and have been used on the site and in the neighborhood.
Even though the exact plan is still being approved by the members, the following steps are a likely scenario:
First, we want to establish a farm of some sort. This will include one or more ponds, the buildings for community members, and stables for animals. In addition, sail roofs for the forum of the meeting center.
We are thinking of producing organically grown vegetables, salads and fruits for our own use (permaculture), olives and hemp, and bamboo. This will have to be studied in detail. There will also be a few chickens and donkeys.
In our "Conscious Healing Center" we will also focus on raising awareness in order to be able to use as much of the members' potential as possible for the community. Therefore we will work very actively on our sense of community. We will offer seminars and workshops, which will also give the individual the opportunity for growth.
Later we want to build accommodations for our guests and the forum with restaurant and kitchen. The resort will eventually become an international meeting center.
In a further step we will build the areas that are needed for the physical healing of people. These will be able to visit and use the center with their therapists to find healing with ecologically grown food and in the surrounding nature.

The funds for the purchase of the 15 hectares of land are already available. After the purchase of the land, we will prepare it for its use and establish plantations.
