I was on vacation. Because things in Alghero did not develop as I and others had imagined. At first, the seller went crazy, which had a big impact on what happened next. Then it was suddenly about completely different properties, which were actually not the basis of my considerations and then, in the end, a lot of emotions came into play. In short: Sardinia is cancelled.
Because when everything didn't go so well, I talked to many people and finally came to the conclusion that it just wasn't meant to be. Because we would have had to clarify the water issue a bit more in any case. And then there were some people who said that the west coast of Sardinia was not so suitable. The weather is definitely a bit rougher there. And that also makes the season a little shorter.
Anyway, the search starts all over again. And the newsletters will be less until we have something to say again.

Ich war im Urlaub. Weil sich die Dinge in Alghero dann doch nicht so entwickelt haben wie ich und andere es uns vorgestellt haben. Zuerst spielte der Verkäufer verrückt, was einen großen Einfluss auf das weitere Vorgehen hatte. Dann ging es auf einmal um völlig andere Grundstücke, die eigentlich nicht Grundlage meiner Überlegungen waren und dann kamen zum Schluss sehr viele Emotionen ins Spiel. Kurz: Sardinien ist abgesagt.
Denn als alles nicht mehr so richtig gut lief, habe ich mit vielen Leuten gesprochen und kam schließlich ich zum Ergebnis, dass es halt doch nicht sein sollte. Denn das mit dem Wasser hätten wir auf jeden Fall noch etwas mehr abklären müssen. Und dann kamen noch einige Stimmen dazu, die die Westküste Sardiniens doch nicht als so geeignet bezeichneten. Das Wetter ist dort auf jeden Fall etwas rauer. Und das macht auch die Saison ein wenig kürzer.
Wie auch immer, die Suche geht wieder von vorne los. Und die Newsletter werden wieder weniger, bis wir wieder etwas zu sagen haben.
Aber wenn Ihr irgendwelche Kontakte in Portugal oder Griechenland haben solltet, dann meldet Euch bitte bei mir. Ich überlege jetzt, in diese Länder zu reisen und würde mir gern geeignete Plätzen anschauen.

Ero in vacanza. Perché le cose ad Alghero non si sono sviluppate come io e altri avevamo immaginato. All'inizio, il venditore è impazzito, il che ha avuto un grande impatto su ciò che è successo dopo. Poi improvvisamente si è trattato di proprietà completamente diverse, che in realtà non erano alla base delle mie considerazioni e poi alla fine sono entrate in gioco un sacco di emozioni. In breve: la Sardegna è cancellata.
Perché quando tutto non è andato così bene, ho parlato con molte persone e alla fine sono arrivato alla conclusione che non era destino. Perché avremmo dovuto chiarire meglio la questione dell'acqua. E poi c'era anche chi diceva che la costa occidentale della Sardegna non era così adatta. Il tempo è sicuramente un po' più duro lì. E questo rende anche la stagione un po' più corta.
Comunque, la ricerca ricomincia da capo. E le newsletter saranno di nuovo meno fino a quando avremo di nuovo qualcosa da dire.
Ma se hai qualche contatto in Portogallo o in Grecia, mettiti in contatto con me. Sto pensando di viaggiare in quei paesi ora e mi piacerebbe guardare i posti adatti.
